Nature
provides us with many reusable products. Take for instance fallen tree limbs and fasten them together with jute in a row. You can transform these limbs into wall decor, window treatments, room dividers, or make your own picture frames. These same limbs can be gathered and used as firewood, ground up and turned ito mulch, or added to compost piles.
Look at the types of trees, plants, and vegetation in your yard and consider reasearching which of these you can eat. For instance, Mesquite trees have pods that fall to theground twice a year. These pods can be cooke and eaten rather than just tossed in the trash can. Hibiscus flowers can be brewed as a tea and Moringa Trees can have their leaves grounded and ingested as a supplement, you can eat the bark, limbs, and roots. As, with anything you ingest, consult a professional.
Rocks found when digging in yards, found along the road, or in open areas as long as permitted make great planters, pathways, and irrigation. Small rocks can be glued to table tops to make interesting indoor and outdoor pieces. Rocks also make great gifts.
